We will never ask for advance payment before your journey. If any account claims to be us and requests a deposit, it is not us. Our booking policy is fixed: you pay the driver in cash when you reach your destination.
Send us these six details and we can confirm everything immediately:
1. Your route
Tell us where you are travelling from and to. Examples: "Jeddah Airport to Makkah" · "Makkah to Madinah" · "Madinah to Makkah with Miqat stop" · "Madinah Airport to hotel."
2. Travel date and approximate time
For airport pickups: your flight number and scheduled arrival time. For hotel pickups: your preferred departure time.
3. Number of passengers
Include adults and children. This determines vehicle allocation.
4. Number of bags
Large suitcases, cabin bags, strollers, wheelchairs — tell us everything. We allocate luggage space properly so nothing is left behind.
5. Hotel name
Your hotel in the destination city. If you are unsure of the full address, the hotel name is enough — our drivers know every property.
6. Any special requirements
Mobility needs, elderly passengers requiring easy vehicle boarding, Miqat stop, summer pre-cooling request, child seats — include anything relevant. The more we know in advance, the better we can prepare.

Step 1 — We confirm your booking
Within 60 minutes, insha'Allah, you receive a confirmation message with: your confirmed vehicle, your fixed fare (exact amount, no approximations), your driver's name.
Step 2 — We send your driver's details
Before your journey — typically the day before — we send your driver's full name, his photograph, and his direct WhatsApp number. Share these with your family back home if you wish.
Step 3 — Your driver is there before you
For airport pickups, your driver arrives ahead of your flight and tracks it live via GACA radar. He waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name.
For hotel pickups, he arrives at your hotel lobby at the confirmed time.
Step 4 — You pay on arrival
Cash only. Saudi Riyals. The exact amount confirmed at booking. Paid to the driver when you reach your destination. Not before. Never before.
